Our handwritten recipe cutting board is perfect if you're looking for a truly unique and special gift! This high-quality recipe board is a personalized cutting board with one of your cherished family recipes engraved. Please note that each wood board is unique and may vary from the one pictured. Please double-check all spelling. We will engrave the exact text on the scanned document or photo. Let us know via chat if you need any changes to the recipe.

- After your order is placed, please send a photograph of your recipe through our contact page or send us an email.
{PHOTO TAKING TIPS}
Cell phone photos work great using the following tips:
- Place recipe on a well lit, flat surface to take photo. The very best spots are near a window on a nice sunny day.
- Avoid shadows on the recipe as much as possible. A good tip for eliminating shadows is to take the photo from a bit farther away using the zoom on your camera.
- Make sure picture or scan is clear, bright, and not blurry
- For recipes with lines, our default is to remove the lines from the recipe. If you prefer the lines left in, please note this when submitting your recipe.
- Recipe cards with drawings or images will have image removed unless otherwise requested.
Recipes are one of the trickiest handwriting samples to work with. I will do my BEST to work with your images. 99% of the time, we can work with your recipes with no problem, so feel free to submit any recipe you want to use. I will contact you with any questions or issues with recipe editing via email.
Once your recipe has been submitted, we will edit the recipe to a crisp black and white image for engraving. We will send you a proof AND digital preview of your recipe on the board you've chosen so that you can get a good idea of what the finished product will look like before we engrave. This proof and preview will be sent through email and we just ask that you review is as quickly as possible so that your order is not delayed in production.
PLEASE NOTE: These are natural wood boards. As such, coloring, grain, knots, etc. are all unique from one board to the next and some variation between boards is to be expected. No two boards will be identical. Engravings can be lighter and darker depending on the shade of the wood.
